Ghoomer trailer: After Saiyami Kher’s ambitions of playing cricket are dashed by a terrible accident, Abhishek Bachchan mentors her.

The Ghoomer trailer features Abhishek Bachchan as the coach of Saiyami Kher’s character, a cricket player who is missing her right arm. The movie debuts on August 18.

The Ghoomer trailer, which stars Saiyami Kher and Abhishek Bachchan, provides a glimpse into the narrative of a cricket player who loses her right arm in an accident. Abhishek portrays her coach, whose goal it is to develop her into a successful cricket player.

The trailer shows her journey of becoming picked in the national squad and just as everything is working well for her, she loses her arm in a car tragedy.

The training sequence in which Bachchan’s character learns her to use her left hand just as efficiently serves as the plot’s pivot point. We ultimately see her representing Team India. The film also stars Angad Bedi and Shabana Azmi. The trailer also features Amitabh Bachchan. 

Ghoomer’s concept was inspired by the life of Hungarian right-hand shooter Karoly Takacs, and was directed by R Balki. After injuring his right hand, he won two Olympic gold medals with his left hand. Balki was impressed by this notion and decided to turn it into a cricket film.”I suggested making it a cricket film rather than a shooting film because people will take a long time to understand (the sport),” he told PTI at the 53rd International picture Festival of India.

Balki went on to say that there have been many films on cricket and that he did not want to make another one. “What would I give back to cricket or the sport if I just did a cricket film?” We conducted extensive research and developed a revolutionary delivery that has never been seen in cricket… “That’s intriguing,” he remarked.
