Infinix Zero 30 5G : Infinix Zero 30 5G debuts with a 50-megapixel selfie camera that records video in 4K resolution

  Infinix Zero 30 5G : Infinix launched the Zero 30 5G  at a grand event in Venice, Italy, where the Venice International Film Festival is currently underway. On the front of the selfie-focused smartphone is a 50-megapixel camera that records 4K video  and comes with a flash. 

 The Infinix Zero 30 5G chipset is the Mediatek Dimensity 8020. The platform has a capable octa-core processor with one quad-core cluster  clocked at 2.6 GHz. Under the hood is 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of non-expandable storage.  

 There are three cameras on the back. Samsung’s 108MP ISOCELL HM6 1/1.67″ uses a main sensor equipped with a 6-element f/1.65 lens, OIS and PDAF. There’s also a 13MP shooter for ultra-wide photos and a 2MP sensor mainly for counting numbers. around the  flash is called Aura Light and consists of four LEDs. 

The front camera also has a Samsung sensor –  ISOCELL JN1 and supports PDAF. A flash is embedded in the small frame above the screen, which fills in the light when needed.  

To celebrate its announcement at the Venice Film Festival, Infinix launched the Mobile Vlog Awards (MVA), inviting vloggers to capture their stories on the Zero 30 5G.  The phone is built around a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and 360Hz sampling rate. Its sides are curved for better handling, which also makes the device  a bit more premium.  

 The Infinix Zero 30 brings a 5000mAh battery with 68W charging via USB-C port. 

 The phone is available in three colours – Golden Hour, which is a beautiful transition from gold to pink; Rome Green  vegan leather back with gold accents on  frame and camera island; and Fantasy Purple. 

The Infinix Zero 30 costs around $339, although of course this varies by market. Availability will be confirmed later  in each region.
