OPPO has introduced a new smartphone in India, adding the K14 Lite to its affordable K-series lineup. The device focuses on long battery life and a smoother viewing experience, while also bringing a few gaming, camera and AI-related features.
The phone arrives with a 7,000mAh battery, a 120Hz display, the Unisoc T7250 processor and an IP64 rating. It will be available in two colour options and starts at ₹16,999.
A Phone Designed Around Battery Life
For buyers who don’t want to charge their smartphone frequently, the K14 Lite’s 7,000mAh battery is its most notable feature.
OPPO says the battery can retain over 80% of its original capacity after 1,800 charging cycles. Based on the company’s testing, the phone can provide up to 26.84 hours of YouTube use and nearly 30 hours of Google Maps usage. Gaming and calling figures are rated at up to 13.19 hours and 55.55 hours, respectively.
The phone supports 15W charging. OPPO claims a 30-minute charge can take the battery to approximately 21%, while a complete charge takes around 2 hours and 52 minutes under the company’s test conditions.
The K14 Lite can also perform reverse wired charging, which can be useful for powering compatible accessories or another device when required.
120Hz Display Takes Centre Stage
The smartphone features a 17.15cm HD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
A higher refresh rate can make everyday interactions such as scrolling through social media, browsing websites and moving between menus feel more fluid. The display has a peak brightness of 900 nits, giving it a better chance of remaining visible in bright outdoor conditions.
OPPO has also added touch features aimed at different environments. Splash Touch is designed for wet conditions, while Oily-Hand Touch and Glove Touch are intended to improve usability when conventional touchscreen interaction is difficult.
Performance and Gaming
The K14 Lite is powered by the Unisoc T7250, an octa-core chipset with speeds of up to 1.8GHz.
The device comes with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB UFS 2.2 storage. OPPO has incorporated a graphite cooling system covering an area of up to 13,700mm² to help dissipate heat.
For gamers, the phone supports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang with Smooth Graphics and a 60FPS high-frame-rate mode. OPPO says the device can support up to three hours of gameplay in its testing.
Camera Hardware Stays Simple
The K14 Lite isn’t positioned around a large multi-camera system. Instead, it features a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and a 5MP front camera.
The rear camera offers several shooting modes, including Portrait, Night and Time-Lapse.
Software features add more functionality to the camera. OPPO has included AI Eraser, AI Clear Face and AI Smart Image Matting 2.0, which can be used for different photo-editing tasks.
More AI Features Built In
The smartphone also brings Google’s software features, including Google Lens and Google Gemini.
Google Lens can use the camera to identify objects, search for information and translate text. Gemini provides access to Google’s AI assistant capabilities for supported tasks.
OPPO’s Privacy Safe feature is also included, providing encryption support for personal files such as photos, videos and documents.
Design and Protection
The K14 Lite uses OPPO’s Feather Textured Finish, combined with its Horizontal Deco and R-Corner design elements.
The smartphone is available in Stone Brown and Feather Purple.
For additional protection, the handset carries an IP64 rating, offering resistance against dust and water splashes. It is designed for everyday exposure rather than underwater use.

The OPPO K14 Lite costs ₹16,999 for the 4GB + 64GB configuration in India.
Sales began on September 16, 2026, through the OPPO e-store and Flipkart. Eligible buyers can receive an instant ₹1,000 bank discount, taking the effective price to ₹15,999. OPPO is also offering a three-month No Cost EMI option under applicable terms.
