Dhamaal 4 Posts Strong Day 2 Growth at the Box Office

Ajay Devgn’s latest comedy entertainer Dhamaal 4 has made a solid start at the box office, registering a sharp rise in collections on its first Saturday. The film has now crossed ₹53.80 crore worldwide in just two days, giving the comedy franchise an encouraging opening weekend.

Released amid multiple high-profile films across different languages, Dhamaal 4 has managed to hold its ground and attract family audiences during the weekend.

India Collection Sees Significant Jump

After opening with ₹14 crore nett on Friday, the film witnessed impressive growth on Saturday.

As per trade estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, Dhamaal 4 collected ₹22.50 crore nett on Day 2, taking its total India nett collection to ₹36.50 crore. The film’s domestic gross earnings have climbed to approximately ₹43.80 crore.

The second-day performance represents a healthy increase over the opening day, indicating positive audience response during the weekend.

Overseas Business Pushes Worldwide Total Past ₹53 Crore

The comedy also maintained a steady run in international markets.

The film earned an estimated ₹5 crore gross overseas on Saturday, helping its international total reach ₹10 crore gross. Combining domestic and overseas earnings, Dhamaal 4 has collected around ₹53.80 crore worldwide within two days of release.

Occupancy Improves on Saturday

The film witnessed stronger footfalls across theatres on Saturday. It recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 37.29% across 10,954 shows, reflecting increased audience turnout compared to its opening day.

The weekend trend suggests that the film is benefiting from family audiences and positive word-of-mouth.

Competing With Multiple Big Releases

Dhamaal 4 entered theatres alongside several notable releases, making the box office competition particularly intense.

In the Hindi market, the film is sharing screens with Welcome To The Jungle and Alpha, while Telugu action drama Lenin and Hollywood titles Evil Dead Burn and Disney’s live-action Moana are also attracting audiences.

Despite the crowded release schedule, the Ajay Devgn-led comedy has delivered a promising performance during its opening weekend.

Weekend Outlook

With strong Saturday growth and healthy occupancy levels, Dhamaal 4 appears well-positioned for another solid day on Sunday. Trade observers expect the film to finish its opening weekend on a strong note before entering its first weekday test.
