Guns N’ Roses Legendary rock band has officially announced their return to India for a live concert in May 2025. The band took to Instagram to share the news, posting, “We’re coming to India! This is going to be special.”
The highly anticipated concert will take place at Mahalakshmi Racecourse in Mumbai on May 17, 2025. Fans eager to grab tickets should note that Kotak Mahindra Bank customers will have early access on March 17 at 12 PM, while general ticket sales will begin on March 19 at 4 PM. Currently, BookMyShow lists the ticket price at ₹4,999, though prices may fluctuate as bookings open.
This marks the second time Guns N’ Roses will perform in India, following their first visit in 2012. The band’s lineup for the tour is expected to include Axl Rose, Slash, Doug McKagan, Richard Fortus, Frank Ferrer, and Melissa Reece. Notably, Slash, who originally left the band in 1996, reunited with the group in 2016, much to the excitement of fans.
Formed in 1985, Guns N’ Roses became one of the most influential rock bands of all time, with hits like “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” “November Rain,” and “Don’t Cry.” Their debut album, Appetite for Destruction, was released in 1987, and they have since delivered six studio albums, five EPs, one live album, 24 singles, and 27 music videos. The India concert is part of a major world tour, which will kick off in South Korea, with India being the third destination on the itinerary.
