‘OMG 2’: Akshay Kumar’s film receives 12+ certification in the UAE and Oman

The upcoming film ‘OMG 2′ starring Akshay Kumar has received censor certification in the UAE and Oman for audiences aged 12 and up. The upcoming film is claimed to raise awareness and the importance of sex education among adolescents by telling the captivating narrative of a middle-class family.According to Ajit Andhare, COO of Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, “censor authorities in Oman have cleared our film OMG 2 in the 12+ category without any cuts,” according to the Hindustan Times. The censor authority in the UAE has also cleared the picture for showing, and Quebec, Canada has cleared it in the General category without cuts.”The 12A certificate in the UAE indicates that children over the age of 12 are permitted to view the film.Notably, the Indian censor board has granted the picture a ‘adults only’ certificate ahead of its August 11 premiere.EVERYTHING ABOUT ‘OMG 2’Amit Rai directs the film, which stars Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva.The film also stars Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi, and Arun Govil, widely known for his role in Ramayan.
